Small in figure, but really big in soul, heart, and especially voice, loved by all, a strong woman and heavy-metal fighter - DORO PESCH is celebrating a big anniversary this year! 40 incredibly fulfilling and successful years on the world metal scene! The celebration will be spectacular and you can be there! DORO will come to MORAVSKÝ KRUMLOV with her Anniversary show in August to the ROCK CASTLE 2023 festival!

Already with her first band WARLOCK, she managed to get a recording contract and played countless concerts with such legends as Judas Priest, Ozzy Osbourne, Bon Jovi, Metallica, Scorpions, Megadeth and W.A.S.P. She was the very first woman to play at the Monsters Of Rock festival and became a pioneer of the entire genre. DORO became a true icon and inspiration for many women who came to metal after her. The band Warlock is long gone and became a legend, but their name will remain forever in our minds thanks to songs like "Für Immer", "True As Steel", "All We Are" or "I Rule The Ruins". All the other albums that DORO released continue to carry the spirit of the Warlock era, only in today's, more modern dress. This year is really big and turning point for DORO! She will celebrate 40 years of her active involvement in the world metal scene, and the title that goes by her name "queen of heavy metal" rightfully belongs to her!
